Return policy: 30-day guarantee

In accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 of the British Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products (date indicated on the delivery note) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, including envelope, box, accessories, souvenirs and labels, so that the products can be resold in new condition. The responsibility lies with the user. The product must not be worn, washed or damaged, otherwise the return will be rejected. Any damage to the product may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal, as well as a penalty of up to 20% of the price of the returned products, corresponding to the cost of repair.

Shipping costs for returns are free of charge and must be reimbursed by the carrier we previously used. All shipments must be accompanied by a tracking number, which should be provided to our customer service when requesting a return or exchange.
